Gtx 570 doesn't work

Hello, I have a question. Im using amd r9 270 gpu now and got gtx 570 (working bcuz it's from my brother) and wanted to try it, but when i connect it, pc starts, it shows "Loading windows" Screen, then it blackscreens and nothing happens. When i restart pc, it shows that "windows failed to start", but everything is ok with r9 270. So why do I have this problem? Thank you for the answers.

My motherboard is ASRock 970 extreme3 R2.0

Maybe need make fresh installation of the drivers on nvidia site try this and tell me what happens?

well, I don't have nvidia drivers installed at all, but thinking, when you freshly install windows there's no drivers at all, so it shouldn't cause the problem with windows
