gtx 650 graphics card has been shorted after my psu blown

after my psu blown i replaced it with a new one but after that i pressed the power button nothing happen after many tries i i figured that when i connect the gpu to the psu six pin the pc suddenly shutdown

pc spec:

cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz

mb: ECS Model H61H2-MV

RAM : apacer 4g x2

psu :
before: cheap one I Don't Know it just 450w
after: evga 600w

gpu :gigabyte gtx 650 1gb oc

What do you want us to tell you?
Find/borrow a GPU and try out if the system works with a good GPU, if it does go buy a new one.
