gtx 650 isnt working well

How can I make my gtx 650 work like it should? I have a AMD athlon 2 dual core 3.4 ghz, 4gb of corsair vengeance ram, i hqve installed the latest drivers. any help is appreciated

GTX650 is not a good gaming GPU to begin with.. It's a low/medium end GPU which is not capable of handling high resolutions. What games are you trying to play and at what resolution? Turn down Anti Aliasing and it should give you a good FPS boost.
