Will the gtx 650 work on older motherboards and on core 2 duo processors??

Also My mother board is ECS g41t-M7

of course it will but u should have atleast a pcie 2.0 slot in ur motherboard and check if ur psu can handle it
but i actually recommend spending a bit more and get a 750ti or a 750

GPU compatibility mostly relies on the motherboard simply having a compatible slot, which any lga775 motherboard should have (PCI-E x16 slot). Only some of the very latest GPUs like R9 290/GTX 780 and newer might encounter BIOS compatibility issues with systems older than Intel LGA 1155 or AMD socket AM3.
