gtx 650 not displaying

Hi, im new to this site still. I just swapped my mb and cpu to a gigabyte 990fxa ud3 with an amd fx 8350 and the video card isn't displaying. I know the ram works, and everything works since I simply swapped the mb and cpu, I made sure all the plugs are in correctly, and that everything boots, but the card the card won't display anything on my monitor. Any ideas? If you want anymore specs let me know. I'll list everything

Re-Check Each And Every Connections Like DVI/HDMI
Re-Check RAM Connections
Re-Check Motherboard Power Connections
And Anything And Everything You See.....

Then Try Disabling ONboard Graphics
Then Try Booting With Onboard Graohics

If Nothing Works It's Possible That GPU Is Dead
