GTX 650 noticeable improvement over HD 4600? or similar?

Hi I have a i7 4770k. Corsair Cx430. Currently using the HD 4600 integrated graphics. I want to know will there be any noticeable or big improvement in performance if I upgrade to a GTX 650 1gb (non ti) ?

I do not game. Mostly average use web surfing, email.. etc. and some Photoshop CS6. I have no issues with HD 4600's performance but since I have a gift card sitting around and the GTX 650 is on sale for $65 at a local store. Is it worth getting?

Maybe mild difference. I mean a 650 is a lot better than intel 4600 or 4000, but by today's standards it's a very low end card. At 1080p you'd have to put settings all the way down in order for it to not be a slide show. So unless the games you play aren't getting adequate FPS on lowest settings with integrated, I'd look to other options for a cheap upgrade. I'd say a GTX 750Ti or R7-265, if you want to hit medium settings on some titles!
