Hello, my friend recommended this forum for me, so I am asking this question: I currently have GTX 650 Ti 2Gb version paired with AMD FX-8320E, 16Gb of RAM DDR3 ofc. My question is what would be the best graphic to buy for the best performance? I am aware of the bottlenecks and that's why I am asking here, I am looking for minimum bottleneck and best performance of course.

Please don't say upgrade to Ryzen or to any other processor, because if i had money for a whole setup I wouldn't be asking here. If you want to help me, please stick to the topic that I need a GPU for this setup that I have.

MB has PCIe 2.0.

Look at the benchmarks, they're all pretty close. Deciding factor might come down to drivers where Nvidia generally does better in.
Ehh, not really. AMD tends to improve performance as time passes with their drivers, and the RX 570 and 580 are NOT new cards.

Take a look at the GPU performance hierarchy chart here. It gives you a good idea of where they fall, performance-wise.

The quick summary, from fastest to slowest, of the cards that have been mentioned here:
  • RX 5600
  • GTX 1660
  • RX 580 8GB and GTX 1650 tied
  • GTX 1060 6GB
  • RX 570 4GB and GTX 1060 3GB tied
  • GTX 1650
  • GTX 1050Ti

Yeah, I'd have to agree, generally the RX 570, GTX 1650 Super, and to a lesser extent RX 580 offer the best bang for the buck (at least in the US) for 1080p gaming that would go well with your system. Make sure your PSU is up to the task, though.

Occasionally I've seen the GTX 1660 come down enough to make it well worth considering over the 1650 Super.

However, between the pandemic and (I think) the tariff issues, prices are kind of all over the place sometimes.

GTX 1650/60, RX 570/5600XT would be pretty decent upgrade over the 650Ti regardless of cpu, you'll still notice a huge difference.
Thank you for your reply, here in my country GeForce GTX1650 ZOTAC GAMING OC 4GB is around 180Eur, and GIGABYTE NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 192bit GV-N1060IXOC-3GD rev. 1.0 is around 240 eur.

For that price difference, considering the bottleneck and performance, which one is a better option? I am running 1680x1050 resolution.

EDIT: King_V, thank you for your reply.

In my country current price for AMD Radeon RX 570 ASRock Phantom 4GB GDDR5, HDMI/3xDP/DVI/256bit is around 170eur.

and AMD Radeon RX 580 ASRock PHANTOM GAMING D 8GB GDDR5, HDMI/DVI/3xDP/RX580 8G OC is around 200eur.

My PSU is COOLER Master 600W, but can't figure it out exactly. ATX 12V V2.31 are some numbers.

1060 is generally the faster card, both 3 or 6GB versions.

Super though as King_V pointed out is a good buy if you have access.

Well considering all these cards, what would be the best pick? 1060? 3GB version is the only 1 i could afford, and the only 2 avaliable are GIGABYTE NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 192bit GV-N1060WF2OC-3GD bulk and GIGABYTE NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 192bit GV-N1060IXOC-3GD rev. 1.0 .

Considering the GTX 1650, Zotac gaming is the only one avaliable.

RTX is just an GTX with ray tracing technology (game dependent feature) which GTX does not have. Assuming you're looking at a 2060 (because of price), since this is the lowest RTX model, while being more expensive than what you're looking at, if you can find a good deal on one then that'll be pretty cool. RTX 2060 beats all cards mentioned.

I would skip on the 1060 3GB... it's not just that it has half the memory of the 1060 6GB, but it also has fewer CUDA cores.

The 1060 3GB is about the performance of the RX 570 4GB, maybe a tiny bit better, but definitely inferior to the RX 580. At 240 Eur, the 1060 3GB is overpriced.

As for your power supply, 600W for a good power supply is plenty, but, while Cooler Master makes good cases and fans, they do NOT make good power supplies.

What country are you buying in? Are you limited to only certain online vendors? Are you looking for new, or used?

All the cards will be from the store, country is Serbia. Yeah I made a mistake, I meant do GTX outpreform RX?

RX 580 8gb is 200 eur here. I am so confused I don't know what is the best card to buy.
