None of them are worth it because the ASUS DirectCU II Radeon HD 7790 2GB costs less and is a more powerful card, considering that the 1GB version easily defeats the 2GB version of the EVGA GeForce 650 Ti SSC 2GB:
EVGA GeForce 650 Ti SSC 2GB - $175 (-$20):

ASUS Radeon HD 7790 DirectCU II 2GB - $150 (-$10):

Now, the best I could find in a comparison is two separate reviews by techpowerup.com, but they only tested the 1GB version of the ASUS card. No matter, the EVGA SSC still loses to it in almost every test with exactly the same test setup at 1920x1200:
EVGA GeForce 650 Ti SSC 2GB / ASUS Radeon HD 7790 DirectCU II 1GB
Alan Wake: 37.5 / 44.2
Assassin's Creed 3: 31.9 / 28.6
Arkham City: 46.8 / 47.4
Battlefield 3: 34.5 / 37.2
Borderlands 2: 60.2 / 60.1
COD Black Ops 2: 58 / 48.8
Crysis: 27.9 / 30.2
Crysis 2: 32.2 / 34.3
Diablo III: 78.6 / 74.9
Far Cry 3: 17.3 / 19.1
F1 2012: 52.1 / 56.2
Hitman Absolution: 16 / 20.5
Max Payne 3: 37 / 43.4
Metro 2033: 14.3 / 16.5
Sleeping Dogs: 34.4 / 43.4
Skyrim: 42 / 46
World of Warcraft (Mists of Pandaria): 49.5 / 54.3
Now, remember, that was the 1GB version of the ASUS Radeon HD 7790 DirectCU II beating the snot out of the 2GB version of the EVGA GeForce 650 Ti SSC despite the fact that the 2GB version still costs $25 less before rebates and $15 less after rebates. I'm thinking that you might want to go with the red team this time around. LOL
