Solution
The Radeon 7850 will run those games quite a bit better than the 650 ti. The radeon 7850 can be found for as low as $164.99 on newegg.com and it also gives you Bioshock Infinite and Tomb raider for free. For the 7850, you need a minimum of 500w in your power supply, and it will work with the i5-2400 without any bottlenecking. The Radeon 7850 is definitely the way to go in this situation, and it will work great with your system and resolution.

First of all, we have no idea where you live/shop or your budget.. Second, you can search as well as the rest of us. If you look at specific HD7850s and have questions we will be glad to help - don't expect somebody to do it all for you. If you look at the specs for any given card, the psu requirements will be stated.
