6gb ram

PSU 500w power cooler
and motherboard is

so question is will my cpu bottleneck with gtx 650 which i am about to buy and play latest games on medium or maybe high(rarely) settings and 1280 x 1080
and also gta five too
and which one should i buy?

neither will be bottlenecked by your cpu. get whichever you prefer

There will no bottleneck.May be slight bottleneck in cpu intensive games.Gtx 650 and hd 7750 performs same.i suggest you to get hd 7750 as it is much cheaper than 650.

No body can say about gta 5 as it not confirmed that it will release in pc version and no system requirements yet.
