gtx 660 ddr3 192 bit 3gb
The GPU of the "Kepler" family based on the GK106 manufactured in 28 nm chip with 960 shader units and 1006 MHz (1072 MHz Boost). Of 3072 MB of DDR3 memory is connected via a through 192-bit memory controller, and works with 1527 MHz (effective data rate of 6108 MHz).

gtx 650 ti ddr5 128 bit 2gb
1032 MHz. 2 GB of GDDR5 memory is connected via a 128-bit memory controller and operates at 1350 MHz (5400 MHz effective data rate)

Are you sure the GTX 660 is DDR3?? It doesn't seem right... and I don't remember seeing any GTX 660 with DDR3 memory.
The GTX 660 is better by the way :)

Yes, there's no 660 gtx with DDR3, all 660 gtx will have DDR5 and i don't see any model with 3GB, only with 2GB vram, it could be possible that some brand released a 3GB version, but to my knowledge only for the 660 ti.
And if you can afford a 660 gtx, the obvious choice will be the 660 gtx.

Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 3072 MB (3GB DDR3)

The GTX 660Edition is a video card of the upper middle class, the GeForce GTX 660 GPU from NVIDIA. Like the larger representatives of the Kepler-generation dominates the GTX 660, the dynamic clock adjustment NVIDIA GPU Boost, Adaptive Vertical Sync, the anti-aliasing mode TXAA and hardware-based H.264 video encoding engine for H.264 Main, Base and high-profile level 4.1 to 8 times faster at max. X 4096 pixels, the 4096th Course will also support NVIDIA 3D Vision, NVIDIA Surround and PhysX.
