Here’s the dealio. I do not have the best gaming rig in the world. However, I had it running at 60fps at 1600x900 on PubG. I have an old 2009 Mac Pro that I converted into a budget style gaming computer:

Windows 10 64bit
Intel Xeon 3??? 2.7 GHz quad core
9 GB 1333 MHz Ram ddr3
GTX 660Ti
7200rpm hdd
950w Apple power supply

I had a GTX 660 in there running 60fps PubG at 1600x900 but when I put in the 660Ti it dropped to 25-30 FPS same settings. Help?

Well you've checked over the things that would cause that so it doesn't make any sense why it's still capped there. Only settings that would cause a cap is Vsync/monitor Hz and/or fps limiter, thats it.

Where did you get the card from?

Try an older Nvidia driver ie v399.24 - https://www.geforce.com/drivers
Enter the fields and it'll give you a list. Try a driver before 4xx series.

Install DDU in normal windows and run it in safemode to remove current drivers.

How do I set it to Optimal and where do I check for Vsync? When I get home I’ll DDU the drivers and reinstall the 337 version of the Nvidia drivers and see how that runs. I have optimized the graphics via the Nvidia Control Panel for best performance. Any other suggestions?

660Ti is obviously faster than its non Ti variant. 30fps from 60 is a big deal.

If you reinstalled Nvidia drivers and made sure Hz is set correctly then what else could it be?

Maybe turn vsync off.

Where did you buy the 660Ti from? Unlikely it's fake but cards bought from China are a high chance of being a different card flashed as advertised.

If someone could help out that would be awesome. My ASUS GTX660Ti should be running at least 60FPS @ 1600x900 at Very Low settings on PUBG but its running at 25-30.
