Hello!

I've recently build a system with AMD Athlon II X4 635 using Kolink Core 400W Power supply. I just got a pre-owned GTX 660 graphics card and installed it on a system. Everything is running fine and without any noticeable problem. However, I just saw that minimum recommended PSU for GTX 660 is 450W.

Do I really need to change brand new PSU? Kolink Core 400w is well received in my country by the critics and even in UK. They do sell it cheap for about 35 dollars but without power cable to cut the costs. Also I've been using this PSU for my others builds with GTX 1050 and 1050ti without any problem.

Here is the link to Kolink PSU in store where you can see specs:

Well I've read that is based on newer Corsair VS HEC platform, soo it seems okayish.
But sketchy thing is, 300W continuous use, max rated 400W, although your GPU only uses around 110W~ under full load, your CPU uses around 100W~ under full load, combining rest of your motherboard, ram , HDD peripherials it shoots the 300W mark.
Even tho my friend still runs on worser PSU (Hercules?) and it works fine tho.
