gtx 660 broke????????

I have a gtx 660 and i always get lag, i run gta 5 lowest 40 fps, verdun lowest 50-60

Can anyone tell me why, i feel like i wast my money, ive made a post about this before and no one helped <\3

Specs:
Gtx 660 2 gb
amd a-10 6700 3.70 GHz
8 Gb of ram
1t hard drive
windows 8.1 64-bit

playing beyond 1080p? The 2 GB buffer is limiting these days.
