GTX 660 Coil Whine at Load?

I have a GTX 660 ad when playing Skyrim with a lot of graphics mods or Far Cry 3, my video card starts to make a noise like a high-pitched motorcycle. Is this common for the 660 or is there a way to fix it? I can't hear it very well through my headphones, but I still don't like it.

Coil whine was a prevalent problem in the GT200(GTX 285 mostly) days but there's still no easy or fast way to fix it.

Best thing you can do is isolate the capacitors causing the problems and replace them but thats not super easy or foolproof at all.

Yeah that sounds a little risky. I can hardly hear it when my game is silent and my game is rarely silent. I plan on upgrading to a 780 anyways in the future. Thanks for the help though!
