GTX 660 Compatibility?

So, i have been on a tighter budget lately.More than i usually am.But, i saw the EVGA GTX 660 2GB GDDR5 OC video card.It caught my interest, as it fit my budget perfectly.But, which CPU should i pair with this card? I was thinking of an i3-4160, but i'm not really sure.What do you think?
