I want the best performance one. here are my specs:

Motherboard: MSI MS-7529

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/G31TMP25.html#hero-specification

Processor speed: Intel Pentium dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00 GHz (2CPUs)

RAM: 2 GB

PSU: Intex 450 Watts

http://www.intexelectronics.com/it-accessories/smps/SMPS-TECHNO-450-20Plus4PIN-SATA

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit

*Update*

If I buy the following things, Will my CPU be good enough for latest gaming?

Here is The List

Processor: Intel 3.1 GHz LGA 1150 i5 4440 4th Generation

PSU: Corsair 600 Watts PSU

Ram: 2 x Transcend DDR2 2 GB PC DRAM

P.S: Do I need a 600 Watt PSU or will 550 be enough?

Thanks In Advance!

Well, I will upgrade all of that, But I cant do that yet, Since I don't have that budget yet. Anyways, What difference does bottlenecking mean? I will mostly run Half Life 2, No More Room in Hell, And The Walking Dead Trilogy. I will save up some cash for better components, And only then move on to more Power Hungry games. One more question is that can I use a new Processor on the same motherboard? If so, what should I go for? Intel i5? Or will i3 be sufficient? Also, If I add 4 GB more ram, Will 6 GB be sufficient? Many people say that 450w PSU is enough for this GPU, I don't see a need to upgrade that since non of my CPU components are too power hungry.

P.S: On the PSU box, It says "Total Output Shall Not Continually Exceed 200w" What does that mean?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
