It might be running out of vram, that often happens with only 2gb. All i can recommend is you turn down settings on textures or resolution.

sorry ive done a mistake its gtx 650ti zotac 1gb, sorry about the mistake. any ideas how i can fix ? also i have everything on low settings to maximise performance

What games are you trying to play. There are some that won't run well on a 650Ti even on low settings. It was a decent card for the price back in its day but it's starting to get a little long in the tooth.

Hmm... I would think that card would be fine for CS:GO.
