Gtx 660 fps problems and more (not solved)

hi,
i have problems with fps it's never get higher than 30fps in whatever settings i use in games (BF4 and NFS Rivals). and in heaven dx11 benchmark my score was FPS:15.4, Scores:388, Min FPS:7.9, Max FPS:35.8 and in furmark avarage was 15fps

Settings in heaven dx11 benchmark

Mode: 1920x1080 fullscreen
Shaders: high
Textures: high
Filter: trilinear
Anisotropy: disabled
Occlusion:enabled
Refraction:enabled
Volumetric:enabled
Tessellation: disabled

My hardwar:

Fx - 6300 oc to 4,5Mhz
Zotac GTX 660 2Gb
8GB Ram
Mobo Asus M5A99FX pro r2.0


Is this fps are normal or not? I cant play any game. what i should do? please help.


i have just changed GPU because last one was overheating. but i make clear windows instalation and i have all newest drivers. adn msi afterburner shows that tdp all the time in 343%.

That is not normal. I can play those on ultra settings with my 660 just fine and get great fps at all times. Did you put the GPU in the faster slot on your motherboard?

Did you remove the old drivers before reinstalling new ones and like RC said are you in the top PCIE slot, it is recommended.

yes, it's in 1 slot.
