Gtx 660 low

My games Are running at a maximum of 30 to 80 fps non are stable it really jump.

Graphic card: Nvidia Geforce Gtx 660
CPU: Intel core i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60 Ghz
Motherboard: MSI X79A-GD45 (8D)
And i have 24 gb's of ram

I'm new here and i have an issue with games when i play usually the fps lays around 30-80, i do however have gotten it up to around 50-100.
I mainly play cs:go with settings all low, but it's the same with other games.

Sorry but 660 can only do that much :/ best to save for a newer 1050ti as they are getting cheaper nowadays.
