GTX 660 or R9 270?

Hello all,
My system:
Core2Quad Q9400 @ 2.8GHz, Cooler Master copper cooler, DDR2 8GB @ 800MHz, FSB:RAM - 1:1, Asus P5Q Motherboard, REX COOL R4 600W V2.3 PFC Noise Killer psu, Asus GTX 650 @ pcie 2.0 x16, Toshiba 1TB @ 7200rpm. I'm playing at 1920x1080.
I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card to a GTX 660 or R9 270. I have got a deal for an MSI R9 280 for just 50$ more than the R9 270.
Which will have the best performance with my other hardware? Opinions?

Between the two 270 will be faster. Either way your cpu going to bottleneck the gpu.

What will be the performance difference between the above 3, with my hardware? Will all 3 perform the same due to the bottleneck or will one be faster than another?

I think it will depends on game. For games that heavily depending on gpu 280X will be the fastest. But for games that are more cpu intensive that bottleneck probably will cause performance drop. I'm talking from my own experience here. Honestly with your cpu i would try not going above 650 or 7750. Even with OC i would not go anything faster than 750 or 750Ti. But it's your call.

The two R9 270s would definitely be a lot stronger.

I Would Personally Go For Either The GTX 660 Or The Radeon R9 280.The Radeon R9 280 Does Have The 3GB Vram,And It Will Perform Better,But If You Are Trying To Save Money The GTX 660 Should Be Suffice.
