When i run Furmark or even check in GPU-Z Power Consumption goes over 100%.

Does this mean i should replace my PSU?

Solution
A 750W PSU is plenty for a single GTX 660. GPU-Z is probably calculating the TDP of the card according to default clocks, but the Kepler series has GPU Boost feature that allows the card to overclock itself beyond the default clocks so the TDP can be above 100% if the 100% is for default clocks. Actually if the card can reach higher clocks it means that the PSU is good.

Solution
The 660 is reaching upwards of 80C while the fan speed never gets above 50%. I went ahead and ordered 2 more fans to help with airflow because i believe it will alleviate the problem. Just wanted to make sure those readings were correct.

The main reason I'm worried about these numbers is that I play Diablo 3. If alot is happening on screen the game almost downright freezes sometimes and I thought it might be a PSU/Graphics card problem.

You can also use MSI Afterburner to set the GTX 660 fan to a constant 80% for example and check if the problem with Diablo 3 persists, if that solves the problem you can set a fan profile for various card temperatures. More case fans also help.
