GTX 660 reference card on a 400w psu

hey guys. just want to ask if the gtx 660 reference card run on my current set up?

CPU : g3258
MoBo : gigabyte b85m-d3h
HDD : WD 500gb caviar blue
Ram : 2x4gb ripjaws x
PSU : zalman 400-le 400w

no ODD and other peripherals.

Will be plenty. I have a similar setup with a much more powerhungry overclocked CPU and the 660 is also overclocked. It draws 355W max. when running Prime95 and Furmark at the same time. 12V rail is strong enough too.

no i would not try it. the 12v line at 400w will be to low to run the cpu and gpu without shutting down or failing.

the zalman has 2 12v rail @ 12.6v each. so does it mean 25.2v? im not good with the voltages in a psu. XD

which one should be better? ASUS GeForce GTX660 DirectCU II OC edition GTX 660 or the oem reference card?
