gtx 660 running at only 548MHz

I had my gpu overclocked for about 8ish months recently my gpu has only been getting 549.7 MHz, even when playing games. these are my computer's specs

cpu: amd fx 4130 @4.4GHz

gpu: msi nvidia gtx 660

gpu driver: 347.09

mobo: asrock 980de3/u3s3

ram: crucial ballistix sport 16gb

psu: ocz zt series 750W

case: diablotek evo

sound card: sound blaster audigy fx

os: windows 8.1

problem solved, i went into the control panel and deleted some programs that i dont remember installing thinking they might be malware and the issue is no longer there
