I have narrowed down my search for GPU upgrade b/w Evga Gtx 660 SC and Evga Gtx 750Ti Sc.
Now the problem is that I want to know that whether my PSU is capable of handling Gtx 660 SC.

My PSU: Cooler Master Thunder 450W

If my PSU is capable of handling the Gtx 660 SC then I shall go for it and if not then Gtx 750Ti.

My PC stats are :
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core E-5700
Ram: 4GB DDR3
Motherboard: P5G41T-M LE
GPU: Evga 8400 GS 1GB

Don't trust GPUboss, but the 660 is better, if only by a little bit. The 750 ti uses way less power, and does not require a 6 pin connector though, and is typically cheaper. Your pay should be good for the 660, but the 750 to will run cooler and quieter, and is normally cheaper.

Additionally, you could get the 960, which sells for $200, and is more powerful than the 660, but uses slightly less power.

What resolution and games/settings are you wanting to play at?

I will be playing at 1600x900 res mostly. Aim is to run all the modern games ( ac unity, far cry 4, witcher 3) at med to high with playable fps( around 35-40 fps).

As for the GPU, please tell me if CM Thunder would run GTX 660 Sc without any problem ??
