GTX 660 SLI or R9 280x?

I own a GTX 660, a Gigabyte H77-D3H Motherboard and a 630W PSU and I'm looking to upgrade.
Should I buy another GTX 660 and run them in SLI, or sell and get a single R9 280x?
Will 630 Watts be enough to run two GTX 660's?
And if I do get a R9 280x, which one should I get?

Simple answer go with the R9 280X!
Your motherboard does not support SLI and the PSU would be on the limit knowing no 630watt unit from known quality manufacturers, but a couple that are not so good.

Many choices but the brands I would look at is Sapphire, Asus, MSI or XFX and I never pay premium for an OC card.
