Newest Drivers and Whatnot. Might be my CPU, or slow ram? I'm playing at 1080p, but have tryed 720p as well and it still plays at 20-30 FPS with AA at 1x.

Here's my Full Specs
Core i3 2100@3.1 Ghz
8 GB Ram@1333
EVGA GTX 660 Ti
Corsair CX 600

In crysis 3 it's recommended going with a quad core cpu : http://www.techspot.com/articles-info/642/bench/CPU_03.png

"Looking at the performance of various processors and platforms, it's safe to say you'll want to play Crysis 3 with a quad-core processor"

If your getting the same fps in every resolution, it's the cpu that's bottlenecking it(in that particular game).
Also worth mention crysis is a really demanding game in both cpu and gpu parts.

Well it is an i3 with hyper threading so in theory isn't it a quad core?

It's not a quad core, it's a dual core with hyper threading, i guess in crysis 3 it(ht) doesn't matter much as you can see in the techspot benchmark the i3-3220(ivybridge) trails in comparison to the quad core cpus.
If you're getting low fps(and similar) in all resolutions in that game, it's probably the cpu, you can try also to lower down the settings.

how can you choose between the two? I keep getting my fps dropped and i cant find why. i tried to run it. then it was working great after some setting sliding. then i plugged it up to my tv and it stunk. then i unplugged but the fps wont jump back up. its torture!!!! help me i7 8gb ram gtx 660 2gb
