I suggest buy a GTX 760 at $250. It performs better than 660 ti. Here is the intro of GTX 760: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-760-review-gk104,3542-12.html,
also shows GTX 670 performs only slightly better and may not worth the price now.
If this is for gaming, get the 670. It will give you getter frame rates and allow somewhat higher resolution settings.
You will see better results from that then an SSD. An SSD might help you load the game faster or load new maps faster but then you will probably be waiting for everyone else (whomever doesn't have an SSD) to join the game.
Well it depends on what you need. If you want a faster boot time and dont care as much about maxing out games then go with the 660 ti. But if your sole purpose is to max out games then buy a titen but if your on a budget get the 670
