Gtx 660 ti

Looking at graphics card for my first build! My friend has a left over 660 to from an upgrade he only used the card for a few months and wants 100 pounds for! Will this graphics card give me good performance in upcoming games even though it's abit of an older model?

If you're going for a little bit of a budget, that is still a great card for price/performance. You could also get a MoBo with Sli/CF and get a second 660 down the road and that'll last a little bit.

It's also the oc asus edition! My other option is the msi r9 270 gaming oc edition would this be a Better choice?

Yuck, not to be mean but Watch Dogs is one of those rare games that works substantially better on a i7, weird game devs lol

I think the 660 will do fine, this is a old post and the game has been optimized since.

The other option is the r9270 is this a better option?

That R9 is way better at higher res and FSAA and such settings, depends on what you'll be playing and your budget really. Pounds get a little confusing to me. How much is the R9?
