GTX 660 to GTX 960 upgrade? April 2018

Hello,

I could upgrade from GTX 660 to GTX 960 2 GB for ~ 110 USD or to GTX 960 4 GB for 140 USD.

I have an i5 4570 with the GTX 660 and 16 GB RAM.

Is it worth the money? If so, 2 GB or 4 GB? I play mostly PUBG nowadays and it's terrible on the 660.

Not really. A 780 - if you can find one for a good price - would make for a more worthwhile upgrade.
Also, don't base pc performance around PUBG, as it's a poorly optimized game. Even high-end pcs have trouble maxing that game out.
