GTX 660 vs 750ti

I'm getting a pc in the next couple of weeks, and I was wondering if I should go with gtx 660 vs 750ti. I'm upgrading when the 800 series comes out in December nto an 880ti, 880, or 870 (If you can advise me on this that would be awesome too.) So what path should I go down? Also incorporate I will be doing video editing, video capturing and some photoshop along with gaming.

The GTX660 performs a bit better but usually costs more.

I'd get the 750 ti evga superclocked/acx. Yes the 660 performs better, but if you're upgrading later on it doesn't matter. It also has less power draw.

The cheapest - seeing you are going to replace it soon. The 750Ti will have a better resale price.

Either will do fine.

At least with the 750 Ti you will be able to keep it as a cool and quiet, low-power PhysX card after you upgrade to Maxwell in November.
