GTX 660 vs GTX 660 TI

I'm not a pro, so if my build is stupid, please help me to upgrade. Currently, I have:

ASUS P7H55D-M EVO
Core i5-760 (Coolermaster Vortex Plus)
2xDDR3 2Gb Kingmax
PSU Coolermaster 500W
GPU Radeon 5570
1 500Gb HDD

I play games at 1600x900, and I want to max out graphic settings for the upcoming GTA V and The Witcher 3... What do you think about my upgrade? Please give me your opinion, and your advice also.

GTX 660 or GTX 660 TI
1 more 500Gb HDD
600W or 650W PSU

For your resolution the gtx 660 is enough and will steer any game with good frames.A 500W PSU is enough to power a gtx 660.I have a corsair buider series 500w that runs my 660 ti with ease.So it'd be better for you to save your bucks from buyin a new PSU and spend them on a new CPU instead like an i3 3220.

I like i5 3570k but I don't know what "Intel® vPro Technology", "Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d)", and "Intel® Trusted Execution Technology" is. Why the K version doesn't have it?
