Maybe OP has no idea how the current GPU market works and what is what, hence the question on a forum designed for such inquiries.

The GTX 960 is certainly better, it is newer, faster and much much more efficient. It was actually advertised to be the replacement for owners of GTX 660s.

But the answer is that the GTX660 was a mid-range card 2+ years ago. The 960 blows it away in every category.
