GTX 670 Borderlands 2 "already redeemed"

I recently bpught a GeForce GTX 670 from amazon and they sent me a code to the geforce site to redeem a code for Borderlands 2. I tried to redeem it and it said that it was invalid or already redeemed. Did this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix for this?

Contact Nvidia, Gearbox Software or 2K Games, they might ask you for proof of purchase but should be able to help once they obtain it, it's worth contacting amazon aswell as they provided you with the software.

I had the same issue, all I did...was be a retard. And enter it with the "-" (No quotes...Easy fix...and as we speak...I'm pre-downloading now 😀) Hope I helped, If so. Welcome 😉
