Hi people of Tom's Hardware, after searching the whole internet for a solution and found nothing, I decided to post here.
Every FPS game I run on Ultra/High/Medium video settings, my game crashes to the desktop, stops responding, and a message in the taskbar says my Nvidia display Driver has stopped responding and has recovered. My temperatures of my CPU and GPU are about 60-65 degrees Celsius, so it can not be an overheating issue. I am currently on driver 334.89, I have done a clean install of windows, no traces of nvidia graphics driver.
My specs are:
Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H
Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.8GHz
Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM @ 1600MHz
MSI GTX 670 PE Twin Frozr @ 1019MHz factory clocks
Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD
WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
Corsair CX600 600W PSU
Samsung SyncMaster S22B300B
I have had this problem for over a year now, since I got my PC, I'm not sure if it is my GPU, but what else can it be. Please I am in urgent need of help, I really want to get this fixed. Let me know if you need any more info
