Gtx 670 DirectX-11 problems?

I recently got a gtx 670 graphics card and it was running great for the first day. The next day I had my first crash. Now everytime I run a program with DX11 it crashes. I can play games like Tf2 and Portal 2 but whenever I try to run Black ops 2 or Unigine Heaven Benchmark I crash.
My PC specs are:
Intel core i5 3570k @4.2Ghz
Asus P8z77 V-LK
8GB RAM
WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD

Any solutions?
(P.S. I have the latest drivers and have tried rolling back)

Maybe the Card is Broken
Its still under Warranty, So replace it.

Yea if there are any issues with it within the first little while of having a card I would return it. +1
