GTX 670 GPU Failing on me

Hello guys, I have a problem with my graphics card (I built this computer all myself last year around August). Today it would just turn the screen black, go back to normal and a popup would come up saying your graphics driven is acting up, would you like to visit the nvidia site for support etc etc. When i was playing a game called Minecraft it started to lag and for some reason It was taking about 70% more of my memory than It should of. Now all of a sudden my screen flashes black and my mouse freezes whenever i try to play something, either instantly or a few minutes in. My computer has crashed 2 times today, this never happened before. Also the screen flickers after It does that. All help is greatly appreciated, looked in the other posts and couldn't find much where someone had the same exact problem as mine. Thank you.

what make and model PSU do you have. New PC builders often overlook the quality of the PSU, a 700w cheap brand psu can often produce half of its rated wattage under load.

Could be PSU or RAM... Remove sticks of RAM and use only 1 stick at a time to see how it goes.

Try taking the gpu out and play with just the integrated graphics and see if that works. Can you download hardwaremonitor or some other temperature reading software? Your gpu might be over heating.

Before you start uninstalling hardware, you could download driversweeper, uninstall the nvidia driver, reboot to safe mode, run driversweeper, reboot and install the latest certified drivers and see if that helps.
