I have a Asus gtx 670 running 3 screens. When not doing anything, the clock would be at around 320 mhz, and overclocked would run at 1200mhz.

Ever since adding another screen (and updating to the latest nvidia driver 310.70) the idle clock would sit at 731mhz which is bumping up the idle temps from 28 degrees to around 40. It also takes longer to cool down from a long gaming session aswell.

Just seems a bit unusual to me but theres probably a simple answer or just something i'm missing. Any help would be appreciated :)
