what if i use a solid gear 650watt? Or a corsair 650w?

Not familiar with them, guessing no.

Edit: In case you are wondering, here is a real review of a Diablotek unit. Not the one you have, but it shows the quality of the unit they produce. Notice this unit can output just over half of what they claim. If this carries over to their other units, that "400W" unit can actually output around 200-250W. Notice also that the efficiency of the unit is going down with every test. From 82.3% which is very low already, down to 78.8% from the last reading we see. My 450W unit has two 6+2pin PCIe power plugs and never goes below 82%. I use it to power a 7950boost/280 which uses more power then your GTX670. You can't just a PSU by the wattage.

I can buy the corsair 650watts for $40 on Craig's list and the solid gear for $10 used

That Corsair will work since it is most likely old TX series or RM. Maybe even HX.
All of which are nice units.
It COULD also be VS series, which is also a bad choice.

HOWEVER, be sure to ask how long the seller has had it, what parts has been used in the pc it was in (cpu and gpu models) and in what kind of usage it has been.

Solid gear for $10. That price kinda really tells you everything you need to know about it. Those psus are not used by any OEM like Dell or HP and ibuypower or cyberpower builders use corsair psus, so the only place you'll get a solid gear psu is in a custom pc or its a replacement for an OEM that was too small. And now it's for sale for $10? Even the current owner doesn't think much of it or the price would at least be commiserate with the $40 corsair.
