Gtx 670 on a 380w PSU?

I'm building a pc for my little brother and while looking for gtx 750ti's on Ebay, i discovered some gtx 670's for $80-$90, But the PSU i have for him is only 380w, (The model is Antec EA 380w 80+ bronze) now, i really want to run the gtx 670 on it, but if i cant will it be able to run a GTX 660 instead? (those are also a great deal on ebay).

I know that the gtx 670 needs 2 PCI-E connectors and my psu only has 1, id just get a molex to 6-pin adapter, but could it run on the 380w?

I would strongly advise against it even more so if that is an older power supply
