GTX 670 vs 770 for video editing

I was looking at gpu's for video editing on premiere pro. I will mainly be filming 1080p 60fps and may end up filming 4k 30fps, but exporting at 1080, so I don't need a 4k monitor. I just need a gpu that is fast enough for that. Preferably, a GeForce gtx since they are compatible with gpu-assisted rendering. I want to buy it refurbished, and was looking at gtx 670 or gtx 770. I will not be gaming at all, this is meant for editing. Any other GPU recommendations will be appreciated as well, Thanks! (I have a xeon e5-2670 with 240gb ssd, 2tb hdd, 64gb ecc ram if that helps)

The 770 is about 20% faster. I'd recommend a newer card like a GTX 950 or 960 for the lower heat and power consumption.
