GTX 670 Vs GTX 680 Vs Radeon HD 7970

Hello,
I am building a new computer and I have been trying to decide which of these cards is the best for the money.

The GTX 670 looks nice for the price I can get it for, but I have a little extra money.

So I'm wondering if its worth it to upgrade to a GTX 680 or Radeon HD 7970.

If it is worth it to upgrade which would be the better card?

Not at all - stick with the GTX670. 7970 isn't worth the extra, and even GTX680 will only add ~6% on average. Definitely not worth that extra cost! GTX670 is the absolute price/performance winner at the top end.
