No, do not run a GTX 670 without a better power supply, you are a bit short on total wattage for being safe, and it only has a single 6 pin PCIE power connector. The GTX 670 needs two, and with the low quality power supply you have, it's is not likely that a power adapter will be good to use. There are some very cheap Seasonic models not out there, but depends on your area and local markets.
