Hello, I have a MSI GT70-0ND with the following specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Intel Core i7 3610qm
12GB RAM
750gb HDD

Here is the full story:
I bought this machine in November of 2012, it costed me a lot of money because i live in Brazil, it was a real sacrifice to buy it, about 4000 american dollars. Since i bought it, it came with a throttle problem, with a lot of research, i was able to fix it with a new special firmware made to kill the 72C throttle.
She(the machine) always did her job nicelly, playing games with a good performance.
Now the problem: in 2014 i sold it to my mother and she used for 2 months, and gave me back. After that the machine had some sick viruses. So i payed to experts to try to fix her.
Then, even with the new Windows Ultimate clean installed, she was never like she was before.

She started to show BSODs (nvlddmkm.sys) while playing games, about 3h of gaming, then after some time, the BSODs became more aggressive, somehow it uninstalled the nVidia Drivers, and after reboot i had to install it again.

After some time again, the BSODs became even more aggressive, now my machine does not recognize the video card, and i tried A LOT of solutions in almost everywhere in the internet trying to fix it, somehow i was able to fix it a few times, but it comes getting back, I really don't know what to do, i am no expert. I cannot afford to buy another 4000 dollars pc. I know this machine isn't one of the biggest, the most expensive costs 15.000 BRL or 7.500 dollars.

Sometimes it freezes on startup and i am forced to force turn off.

BSOD mostly when i try to play a game, rarely when just using the PC.

Some things i tried:
-Re-installing the GPU Driver with DDU.
-Cleaning my System with a lot of softwares like Norton 360, Advanced System Care 8 Pro, CCleaner, Malwarebytes, adcleaner.
-Kioskea nvlddmkm.sys fix.
-A few things that i've searched in Tom's Hardware.
-Installing Windows Updates, strangely my windows update was blocked, i couldn't update anything. I was able to fix Windows Update with a Microsoft Fix It that i found in the web.

And a few things that sadly i don't remember.
I did not reinstall windows, because i simply don't know how, i don't have the install CD, and as you can imagine, it is very expensive here, about 150 dollars to simply ask for a Windows Clean Install.

Some of those solutions actually worked for a few time, but eventually it manages to come back with the issue.

Sorry for my english.
So if someone can help me with this i would be very grateful.
Thank you for your attention.

Try a clean install. When installing windows, delete all partitions and create them again. Then install the OS. Do not use any pen drive or burnt yourself CD/ DVD to install drivers or programs. Get the latest drivers form internet. Install a good virus guard like norton 360. Then see whether that has solved the problem.

Also if that other person has used it brutally with less cooling, if the PC thermal throttling feature hasn't work and overheated, that may permanently damage your chips and it can't be undone.

Thank you for your response. That will be a headache, looks simple but actually it isn't, i will either have to buy a new windows (that's very expensive) or send the computer to a technician do the work (less expensive), but it is hard to find a good technician. But as soon as i can, i will give it a try. Unfortunately, everything here is hard to proceed, specially things that need another person to do.

That's one of my problems, on the back of the notebook, there is a serial number, but it's not the one activated. I think the technician changed it. Before was Home Premium, now it's Ultimate.

I found another person with the exact same problem, and he did found a solution, something In regedit.exe, but he did not found the video that he watched to fix it, found another that he tought that was close to.
I did the regedit thing, and I still wasn't able to play a game.

Something to add to my problem: the video card only turns to "Standard VGA Adapter" after a BSOD, mostly after nvlddmkm.sys or 0x09F error displaying DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. The difference between the two errors in my computer is that nvlddmkm.sys only occurs when running a game like Dragon Age Inquisition, the 0x09F appears randomly even when I'm simply looking at the desktop or playing a game.
