GTX 680 @ 75w ?

There is a deal where I can get a GTX 750 Ti (no extra power connectors) for the same price as a GTX 680. My power supply does not have any GPU power connectors nor molex connectors so I was wondering if it is a requirement to use them or will the GTX 680 simply underclock to 75W ? Which would be faster, a GTX 750 Ti @ 60W or a GTX 680 @ 75W ?

You can't run a gpu without it being plugged in nor at a lower power.

DO NOT do this, that would be HIGHLY dangerous, stick with the GTX750Ti or if you really want a better card I would go for the GTX950 unplugged from ASUS since it doesn't require any power connectors.
