GTX 680 AND Radeon 7970?

Am I able to run both the GTX 680 and 7970 HD graphics cards on the same rig (as in dual cards)?

Yes, you can, but only 1 of them can be dedicated for graphics. You are better off getting crossfire or SLI. Crossfired 7970's are beast.
