gtx 680 : glitches problem , need help !

hi , i have a gtx 680 i remplace it by a hd 4890 , the hd 4890 working properly with me and i never see a problem .. when i instal the gtx 680 I noticed that i cant instal any driver next from 340.52 , just the 340.52 and the 337.50 version work with this card .. , the last drivers or all the rest drivers not working and it show the code 43 error after instal it , so my problem is when i open a game ( games like gta 5 , battlefield 4 ... ) i steel playing for 3 or 4 min and after that it show me many of glitches around the monitor and game freeze and sometimes crashes , but in another games ( like : blur or black ops 2 or black flag ) games working properly without this glitches , so maybe the driver problem or the card its not valid i dont know , so i wont To understand these problems and if there is a solution , need help guys ... !

my system :
i7 860
8 gb memory
gtx 680 2 gb 1*6 pin
biostar hd h55 motherboard
two hard disk and a power supply 520W max

By error 43:
1. Clean the old GPU driver completely first before installing the new GPU driver, especially if you are moving from AMD to nVidia or vice versa. hint: DDU
2. Clean your PC e.g. dust in your PCIe x16 slot, hdmi slot, etc.
3. Make sure all cables are connected correctly.
4. Try older driver versions.
If all is done but the problem persist, the last possibility is a hardware failure a.k.a. something is broken.

Note: Glitches/artifacts on screen, etc. could be actually signs of malfunctioning graphic card or you have to remove the OC from graphic card.

i clean the system from all drivers intel and amd and nvidia with ddu in safe mode and the same problem
this video in arabic language but u can understand what he do .. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itk6H4tKFpk , he have the same problem with gtx 1050ti ( code 43 ) and he fix it by instal a old driver and intal another driver ( last one ) without restarting ... and he fix it , i do the same phase but same problem

i'm sure ebout cable instalation are connected properly , but i have many Doubts : my power supply 520w and for the gtx 680 recommended in nvidia site need 550 w / or maybe because the vga cable , i reed some article told me test a dvi cable ... so and i ask if i upgrade to win 10 maybe another last driver instaled or maybe stay the same problem !! ( I did not find what I was doing :/ )
