You will be slightly bottlenecked by the CPU but that also varies by the game, nor am I sure which CPU you have of the ones listed here.

Will it fit?
Open up your computer and MEASURE. It's basically the LENGTH of the card that needs to fit.

*Recommended card:

Why this one?
- two free games (Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite; digital download with HD7950/70)
- good value
- GTX680 costs a lot more and will be bottlenecked by your system in some scenarios so the VALUE might not be that great.
- customer reviews good
- fairly quiet, non-reference cooler

Well, I don't generally recommend upgrading store-bought systems, because they are made in China by people who get paid 3cents/hour. Quality is not their strong suit. But, if you upgrade the PSU, a 680 would mostly likely work. But, it would also most likely be bottlenecked by the CPU. I would also worry about the cooling inside, since that case doesn't look like it provides adequate cooling for an enthusiast card.

Other:
- add a FRONT CASE FAN if one does not exist (20dB/800RPM or less).
- Power Supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151106

*Power Supply points:
- 650W is adequate up to GTX680/HD7970
- make sure all CONNECTORS are there that you need
- QUALITY (do NOT get a crappy PSU with poor reviews)
- a good PSU will last and is less prone to making annoying noises
