I'm completing a new build within next week, but haven't ordered the parts yet since I'm still debating on something. First, I just want to say, this build is for future proofing (I know its impossible to securely future proof PC hardware, but I want to make it last for as long as possible before upgrading again). I will also say that I'm a graphics nut. I enjoy playing games at 60fps maxed out. Money isn't an issue with this build, so saving is not really important. Okay so my question is, I'm not sure whether I should choose an SLI setup of 680s at 4GB or 2GB. I use a single monitor at 60hz not 120. Would I benefit from 4GBs at all? Even down the line with the newer line of games coming out? I'm talking maxed out on any game. Would I benefit more if I have a 120hz monitor to use 4GB? If I stick with the 60hz monitor, should I go with 2GBs instead? Is a 120hz monitor really worth it? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

My Specs:
CPU- i7 3930k
MOBO- Asus Rampage IV Formula
SSD- not decided yet but only for OS
HDD- 1TB WDD
RAM- GSkill 8GB
COOLING- Corsair 100h
PSU- Cooler master 1000w Silent Gold Pro (I already own this from my last build)
MONITOR- LG EB2442T-BN 60hz, but thinking about a 120hz BenQ XL2420T

Oh yeah forgot to mention 1920x1080p is my max resolution. I have no intention of going multi-monitor in the future. But wow, you're running at 5760x1080. What are your FPS like? 40-60? Higher? Lower?
