gtx 680 trouble big time !!

i get windows kernel mode and blackout crashes , what ive tried to solve it : update bios , reinstall w7 ( clean install ) clean install gpu drivers ( like 10 differents ) memory diagnostic wasnt faulty .. ssd is working as it should , and it is not overheating issues .. and i cant play like more than 1024x724 and get like 60 frames. .. help is appreciated , i hope i can play games soon 🙁

What motherboard do you have? I've had this problem on cheap OEM motherboards.

i have gigabyte sniper m3 .. matx version

but ive had this computer like 7,8 months and it has worked perfect all the way.. but after i did delete some duplicates from avg pc tuneup that started happening ..
